One of my favorite director of all time, Tim Burton (Edward Schissorhands, Beetlejuice, The Nightmare Before Christmas) will work his gothic magic over one of the best stories of all time, Lewis Carroll’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’ and ‘Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There’, which told a story of a young girl, Alice (Mia Wasikowska), attends a party at a Victorian estate only to find she is about to be proposed to in front of hundreds of snooty society types. Off she runs, following a white rabbit into a hole and ending up in Wonderland, a place she visited 10 years before.
The White Rabbit (Michael Sheen) is convinced that he has the right girl but Alice doesn’t remember her past visit to Wonderland. Among those who welcome her back is the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp, who collaborates with Burton for the seventh time) and of course there is the usual Burton-esque ghoulishness (Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen).
This isn’t the first time someone made an Alice in Wonderland live action film, but with Burton-style, it will undoubtedly be the best.

Hi guys, interesting magazine, very well put together. If I may make a suggestion, please do get the write ups proof read/edited. I’ve found quite a few glaring grammatical errors. If your other readers are like me, they’d be pretty turned off by it after a while. All the best, and do keep up the great work!
